Get hands on in pasta making classes at My Italian Table just a stroll away, head to Thomas Wines to taste some of the best Semillon and Shiraz in the Hunter Valley and explore plenty more great cellar doors like Piggs Peake, Tintilla, Yellow Billy and McCaffrey Estate along the Hermitage Road walking and bike path.
